Important Rules

Employees must inform their reporting authority about absence on each day of absence. Excessive absence may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.

If leave is taken without approval or without informing the supervisor, the employee will be marked Absent. More than 3 absents may lead to termination without notice.

Leave taken without available balance will be treated as Loss of Pay.

During notice period, employees may avail up to 5 leaves per month, subject to manager approval and available leave balance.

Employees are required to serve 2 months’ notice in case of resignation or termination, unless early release is approved.

Weekend Leave Rule

Weekends will be counted as part of leave if an employee is absent for more than 3 days in a week. If unplanned leave falls on Friday or Monday, the intervening Saturday and Sunday will also be counted as leave.
